Outreach and Assistance
Description:
The Outreach and Assistance program is offered as a direct service of the Allegan County Department of Senior Services. The Outreach and Assistance Coordinator is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm to assist seniors and their caregivers with:
- Coordinating services available throughout the county
- Assistance with completing paperwork for government assistance, insurance, etc.
- Medicare Part D (cost savings) counseling
Can’t comfortably leave your home to attend an appointment? No problem, WE WILL COME TO YOU!!!
